Below
are the three main ways you can find products you are looking
for.
At
the top of every page there will be links to each of our
main categories of products such as Directory, Stores,
Affiliates, etc. Select the category you desire by clicking
on the link. This will bring you to the main page for
that category.
You
can also use our link navigator feature on the rigth side
and bottom of the screen. Clicking on a link in the Navigation
Bar will take you to a screen and new category.
Adding
Products to your Shopping Cart
Ordering
at B&B is fast and secure. Follow these simple steps to
place your order:
Find
the product you wish to purchase in the Store.
Click
the "Order This Product" link
to add the item to your Shopping Cart. You will see your
selection appear in the Shopping Cart. You can then click
the "Checkout" link and you
will be taken directly to the "Checkout" with
that item and any other items in your cart.
When
you choose "Add to Cart," you will remain on
the product page but you will see that the quantity added
to your cart now shows a Quantity of 1 (or more). To view
your entire cart, click on the "View Shopping Cart"
link at the top of the page.
To
change quantities in your Shopping Cart page, click in
the quantity field, type in the number you want and click
"Update". To remove an item from your cart,
click on the "Remove" button on your shopping
cart page.
To
continue shopping for other products, click on "Continue
Shopping" and you will be taken back to
the store. If you are viewing your shopping cart, then
click on the "Continue Shopping" link towards
the top of the page or you may click on the "Home"
button to return to our store homepage.
When
you have finished your shopping and would like to checkout,
click on the "Checkout" link on the top of your
screen. You can view your Shopping Cart at any time by
clicking on "Cart Items" button on the top-right
of every page.
Fill
out the shipping and billing information forms, re-check
your order and click the "Continue" button at
the bottom.
Select
a delivery method from the drop-down menu and choose a
credit card type and click on "Continue" at
the bottom of the screen.
Enter
your credit card number and expiration and click on "Continue"
to finish your order.
You're
done! It's that easy.
No
Credit Card, No Problem!
If
you still feel uncomfortable placing your order online, you
may phone in your order to our Customer Care department toll-free
at 1-800-372.0255 (M-F 9-4 PST). You
may also pay with your checking account. Please have a copy
of your check and your drivers license # available for echeck
processing. This type of processing can delay the
shipment of your order by 4-7 days pending the check clearance.
